Deleting your account

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you can choose to delete your Easy Renter account at any time.

How to delete your account

For the moment, there is no "delete my account" button in your Easy Renter space.

    To delete your account:

  • Please send your request by email by clicking on the blue button at the bottom right-hand corner of your screen.
  • Fill out the contact form, making sure you use the email address linked to your user account.
  • State in your message why you want to delete your account.

Account delation timeframes

Easy Renter undertakes to respond to account deletion requests by email within two weeks.

Following this and in accordance with the GDPR, the data deletion procedure may take up to one month to complete. In some cases and in accordance with the GDPR, Easy Renter reserves the right to extend the data deletion process by two months. If this is the case, you will be informed by email.
