Gifting a motorcycle rental

What better gift than an unforgettable motorcycle experience for one of your loved ones?

While Easy Renter does not offer gift cards, we have an equally wonderful alternative to suggest. Give your loved ones the freedom to choose their own rental adventure!

First things first: check the rental requirements

Each two-wheeler rental has its own specific terms. You will find all the necessary information directly on the vehicle's listing page. Here are the key requirements to keep in mind:

The driver's minimum age
The required driving license category and experience (years held)

Tip: If you are unsure about any of this information, it might be a good idea to discreetly ask the future driver.

Book using your Easy Renter account

Once you have verified the requirements and terms, and you are ready to proceed with the booking, follow these steps:

Select your booking options

Choose your rental dates.
Add equipment options if available for the selected vehicle.
Increase your mileage allowance if needed.
Add vehicle delivery or specific return options if necessary.

Before proceeding to payment

Double-check your rental period and selected options.
Follow the prompts to set up your Easy Renter account.
Proceed to pay for the booking in full.

Assigning the future driver to the rental

Create the driver profile

Once your account is created, go to the "Drivers" tab and click on "Add a new driver" to create a profile under the name of the person you are gifting the rental to. You will then be prompted to complete their profile by uploading their ID documents and driving license. Uploading these documents is essential for the driver's file to be validated.

Assign the driver to your booking

Go to your account, then to the "Bookings" tab. Click on the relevant reservation: you can then modify the rider by clicking on the "Change designated driver" link. A pop-up window will appear, allowing you to either select an already registered driver or add a new one.

Need to modify or cancel due to unexpected plans? No problem!

Our cancellation policy is flexible enough to let you easily modify or cancel your booking. You can cancel free of charge until 12:00 PM (noon) the day before the rental. If you do, you will receive a rental voucher equal to the total value of your initial booking.

Please note that if you cancel your booking, you also have the option to simply give the resulting voucher to your loved one so they can manage the reservation themselves according to their own schedule. This can be another great alternative way to gift the experience!
