Change Designated Driver
When creating your Easy Renter account, the information you provide is used to create your driver profile.
By default, the designated driver for a booking is yourself (the account owner). However, you can change the designated driver for your upcoming rental. Here is how to do it:

Please note that the rental agreement and insurance coverage will be issued under the name of the designated driver on your booking. As the Easy Renter account holder, it is your responsibility to provide valid and up-to-date information.How to designate another driver for a motorcycle rental?
Follow the steps below to assign a driver other than yourself to an upcoming rental:
- Log in to your Easy Renter account.
- In the “Bookings” section, access the rental you wish to modify.
- In the “Drivers” section, click on “Designate a driver”.
- A pop-up will appear displaying the registered drivers on your account. Click on the driver you want to assign, then save.
If you cannot see the desired driver in the list, it means they have not yet been created and saved in your account. Here is how to add them:
Add or edit a driver:
- Log in to your Easy Renter account.
- Go to the "Drivers" section.
- Click on "Add a driver".
- Fill in the required information.
- Confirm by clicking "Save".
Once the new driver is created, you can return to your booking and assign them.
