Booking a rental for another driver
On Easy Renter, you can use your own account to book a rental for someone else.
Here is the procedure to follow:
1 – Create an Easy Renter account in your name
- If you have never booked on Easy Renter before, you must first create an account under your own name.
2 – Book the motorcycle or scooter
- Before confirming, simply ensure that the future driver meets the requirements listed in the advertisement (minimum age of 25 and at least 2 years of driving license experience in the category of the rented motorcycle or scooter).
3 – Create the driver's profile
- Go to your account and select "Drivers". Enter their full contact details and upload their ID and driving license directly. Here is our guide on this topic >
4 – Link the driver to the booking
- Next, go to the booking tab to assign the motorcycle or scooter to the new profile.

Multiple bookings (using the same account for the same rental period)
Easy Renter makes it easy to book and manage multiple motorcycles or scooters at the same time from a single account.
If you have made multiple bookings for the same period to ride with family or friends, here is how to proceed:
1 – Create profiles for each driver
- From your customer area, create a profile for every driver in your group by entering their details and uploading their supporting documents (ID and driving license).
2 – Assign each motorcycle or scooter to the right rider
- Go to each of your active bookings. Simply modify the driver on each reservation to specify, with a single click, who will ride which motorcycle or scooter. Your rental contracts will then be automatically generated with the correct information.
Note: A security deposit must be completed on your Easy Renter account for each individual booking.
⚠ Important reminder: rental terms
Please make sure that the driver meets all the conditions specified in the listing (minimum age of 25 and at least 2 years of driving license experience in the category of the rented motorcycle or scooter). All supporting documents for the driver (ID and valid license) must be added and validated before the start of the rental. Additionally, the security deposit must be submitted via the Easy Renter account before taking possession of the motorcycle or scooter.
