How to get your rental invoice?
Whether for personal or professional use, it is important to be able to access the invoice for your motorcycle or scooter rental. Here are the steps to easily obtain it.
The invoice issued by the lessor
In the context of the rental, the lessor – that is, the owner of the vehicle – is legally responsible for issuing the invoice.
The invoice must include all mandatory information, such as:
- The names of both parties (the professional lessor and yourself)
- The full breakdown of the rental price
- The rental dates
- Information about the rented vehicle
If, for any reason, the lessor refuses to provide you with the invoice, please do not hesitate to contact our team, who can assist you with the process.
The Easy Renter invoice
Easy Renter may charge part of your booking amount, in particular:
- Service fees
- Deposit waiver, if you chose this option when making your deposit
What are service fees?
Service fees are a commission applied to each rental for the use of our platform. They allow us to provide full insurance coverage as well as an optimal customer experience. The exact details of these fees are communicated to you before the confirmation and payment of your booking.
What is the deposit waiver?
When making your deposit, you usually have two options:
- Pay the standard deposit mentioned in the rental conditions shown in the vehicle listing
- Choose the “deposit waiver” option, which allows you to reduce the deposit amount to be paid, subject to the stated conditions and with additional fees charged.
