In this guide, we’ll walk you through the steps to update your personal details as well as those of the drivers linked to your Easy Renter account. These actions are essential to ensure your data is accurate and to guarantee a smooth, hassle-free booking experience.

Update Default Rental Contract Information

When you create your Easy Renter account, the details you enter are automatically saved as your default billing and driver information. However, you can modify them at any time to adapt future rentals to the appropriate driver.

To update your default information :

1. Log in to your Easy Renter account.
2. Go to the Driver Information section.
3. Click Edit Billing and/or Driver Details.
4. Update the desired information.
5. Confirm by clicking Save Details.

Add Another Driver’s Information

If you have made a booking on behalf of another driver, it’s important to add their details to your Easy Renter account.

To add an additional driver:

1. Log in to your Easy Renter account.
2. Go to the Driver Information section.
3. Click Add New Details.
4. Fill in all the required fields with the driver’s information.
5. Click Save Details to confirm.

Update Your Easy Renter Account Information

To update other personal details linked to your account, follow these simple steps :

1. Log in to your Easy Renter account.
2. Go to the My Account section.
3. Delete outdated data you wish to replace.
4. Enter your new information in the fields provided.
5. Click Update Your Account to save your changes.
