Everything was perfect! Booking the bike through the online portal was super easy, just as the name suggests. The instructions, pickup, and return of the bike were quick, simple, and everything went as agreed! Michael is a great person—very straightforward and friendly. The motorcycle (BMW GS) is extremely well maintained and in perfect condition! I highly recommend it! The only downside is that you cannot add accessories or a mileage package later through the online portal. You have to cancel the entire reservation and redo it, which is inconvenient. Otherwise, everything was perfect = 5 stars = I will come back next year!
