Very good experience getting back on a motorbike after several years off. The Easy Renter website is very well designed. However, I had great difficulty validating the security deposit, apparently due to new regulations imposed by banks on online merchants. That said, the customer service team was very responsive (by email and phone) so that I could enjoy a fantastic day riding the roads of the Basque Country on a KTM Duke 390. I had no idea you could have so much fun with just 40 HP. A big thank you as well to Bike Avenue, KTM-Ducati-Royal Enfield dealer in Pau. I’ll be back.
