Great experience, great customer service from the People at Pole Scoot.I want to give a thumbs up to the team at Pôle Scoot at 11 Bd Paul Langevin, 38600 Fontaine, France. When we arrived, our scooter was all set to go. Unfortunately, they advised us we would need our own helmets and gloves, which we thought we could rent on site. Fortunately, the team at Pôle Scoot were able to rent us two helmets for this period, and if it weren't for them doing this, we would not have been able to see the Alpe d'Huez stage of the Tour de France. For the Easy Renter team, please advise customers that they are either required to bring their own gear or verify if they are able to rent it from the store. We were quite surprised and perplexed that Pôle Scoot typically doesn't rent out gear, and were very fortunate the team was able to do this for us.
