  • Information on pick-up and drop-off: Both pick-up and drop-off will take place at the address of the owner during opening hours. You can arrange to pick-up your vehicle the night before or to return it the following day by selecting this option.
  • Additionnal informations: A private parking spot with gate may be available during your rental. Also the "Dion" bus stop on the F line is near the dealership. Count approximately 15 minutes from the train station ("gare routière" bus stop) or 10 minutes in taxi.

    • You will be sent the exact address once you have made your booking. You will also be sent an email reminder before the start of your rental.

I was really happy to find a place where I could rent a bike and be helped so well. The communication with Easy Rental was very good; I have experienced others with Dutch rental services. Also, Stand 41, where the bike was, was full of friendly and helpful people.
As I mentioned before, if I could give it a number, it would definitely be a 10+.

Cancellation policy

    Once the renter has approved your reservation, he guarantees that the vehicle is booked for your future rental. The vehicle cannot therefore be booked by another rider. Knowing this, the cancellation conditions are designed in such a way as to avoid penalizing either the renter or the rider (you) and to compensate for any expenses.


    Here are the different refund policies according to when we receive the cancellation. If you send your cancellation request :

    • Before 12:00 PM (noon) the day before the rental - We will cancel the reservation and you will receive a voucher by email for the value of your reservation.
    • After 12:00 PM (noon) the day before the rental - After this time, the reservation cannot be canceled. Cancellation will not give access to a voucher or a refund.
