• Pick-up and drop-off hours: 09:00–12:00, 14:00–19:00 Tuesday to Friday, 09:00–12:00, 14:00–18:00 on Saturday
• Information on pick-up and drop-off: Both pick-up and drop-off will take place at the address of the owner during opening hours. You can arrange to pick-up your vehicle the night before or to return it the following day by selecting this option.
• Practical information : Private parking may be available during your rental. Also the bus station "Octroi" line A is near the store. Count approximately 15min from the train station.
You will be sent the exact address once you have made your booking. You will also be sent an email reminder before the start of your rental.

Cancellation conditions

Once your booking has been approved, the owner of the vehicle will set the vehicle aside for your rental period. These conditions are designed in such a way as to avoid penalising either the owner or the renter and to compensate for any costs incurred.




3 levels of cancellation:

• Your request is made more than 48 hours before your rental starts*: You will be reimbursed in full, minus a €5 bank charge.
• Your request is made 48 hours before your rental starts*: Half of the booking amount will be retained. The rest of the amount will be reimbursed to the card used to make the payment.
• Your request is made after your rental has started*: The cancellation will not be accepted and the entire amount will be retained.

*Start of the rental: By the start of the rental we mean the time the owner opens up or the pick-up time for the option you have selected.
